主角木之本樱无意中解开库洛牌的封印，因此成为库洛
魔法使，与封印兽库洛贝鲁斯一起开始收集飘散的库洛
牌。同样以收集库洛牌为使命的李小狼也从香港来到日
本，故事就这样开始了……
借用已故去的魔法师库洛的魔力，来使用各种各样的库
洛牌来施展魔法，比较类似最近风行的“万智牌”。
用现在的眼光来看，本作品相当之“幼稚”，但对年龄
较小的漫迷尤其是女孩的吸引力超大，小樱更是被冠以
“有史以来最能圈钱的罗莉”。
看完无论剧情画面音乐均未留下深刻印象，删……
